Squat – 80kg x 2 x 6
Deadlift – 150kg x 5
Deadlift – 115kg x 8 x 5
Chins – BW x 10 x 3
Rows – 70kg x 8 x 3
Shrugs – 97.5kg x 15 x 3
Abs – 3 sets

First day of the new cycle. Went well enough with no major problems. The chins were harder than I was expecting and I struggled to get all 10 on the last set. That will make it difficult to add weight for the next two weeks as planned, but we’ll see how it goes.
