Deadlift – 5 x 70, 90, 105kg
Pull Ups – BW x 5 x 3
Barbell Rows – 40kg x 10 x 2
Shrugs – 65kg x 15 x 2
Paused Bench – 60kg x 10 x 3
Dead Bench – 60kg x 1 x 5
Dips – BW x 10 x 2
Cheat Curls – 20kg x 10 x 3
Abs – 3 sets

So this week is a deload week. I was on vacation over the weekend and missed Monday’s workout, so I did Monday’s and today’s together. Obviously everything was very light, so it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take anything extra out of me to combine them.
